For customers in Europe
We aim to have your order with you within 7 working days from the time you place your order.
For customers outside Europe
For all worldwide addresses, our order will reach you within 10 working days. Please note that any import duties, customs and local sale taxes may add up and must be paid additionally by the customer.
- JŪRATĖ is not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Freight forwarders.
- After the order is sent out, the customer will receive a tracking code.
- Once the order has been shipped we are unable to amend the address details.

We are happy to refund or exchange any purchases within 14 working days from delivery. All returns must be sent via courier or registered mail and included all the original shipping materials and invoices. Only unused products in their original condition will be refunded. We will refund the paid amount excl. any shipping charges that may have been applied to your order. We are unable to refund any shipping fees incurred for the return itself.

Please ensure that all goods are clearly marked as Returns. For returns from outside Europe please mark your shipment as ‘European Returned Goods’ on any customs or postal forms.
All the exchanges are subject to stock availability. Only unused products in their original condition will be exchanged. All exchanges must be sent via courier or registered mail with a tracking code. In case of the exchange, the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges. Please also note that any items purchased can be booked for an exchange of size or colour only once.
