Shipping policy

For customers in Europe

We aim to have your order with you within 7 working days from the time you place your order.

For customers outside Europe

For all worldwide addresses, our order will reach you within 10 working days. Please note that any import duties, customs and local sale taxes may add up and must be paid additionally by the customer.

• JŪRATĖ is not able to deliver to PO Boxes or Freight forwarders.
• After the order is sent out, the customer will receive a tracking code.
• Once the order has been shipped we are unable to amend the address details.
